Coleman Oil Yakima Bulk Plant Draft Agreed Order and Cleanup Action Plan

You are invited to comment on the Draft Agreed Order​ and Cleanup Action Plan for Coleman Oil Yakima Bulk Plant. The order requires Coleman Oil Company, BNSF Railway Company, and Chevron Environmental Management Company to clean up the soil and groundwater at the site related to their gasoline and diesel spills. The cleanup action plan details the process for cleaning up the site.
