Tesoro Vancouver - Prevention Plan - Formal public comment period

Class 1 Facilities are required to submit a Prevention Plan for the prevention of oil spills from the facility into waters of the state, and for the protection of fisheries and wildlife, other natural resources, and public or private property from oil spills. For more information, see WAC 173-180-600 through 173-180-670.
